About me

Dr. Winston Chew received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2005, graduating cum laude. Dr. Chew is honored and excited to join the team of therapists at Hudson Regional Hospital’s Outpatient Physical Therapy Facility.

Dr. Chew takes great pride in ensuring that every patient’s individual treatment needs are addressed and views the therapy process as a working partnership between patient and doctor. Over his years of clinical experience, he has treated a variety of patients including current and former MLB, NFL, MLS athletes, Broadway actors and dancers, and hard-working/playing people of all ages.

Using a variety of techniques - diversified manipulation, flexion/traction/decompression therapies, extremity adjusting, soft tissue techniques, physical therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise rehabilitation (including functional and corrective exercises) - Dr. Chew has had great success reducing pain, restoring proper functional movement, and training patients to maintain a more pain-free and active lifestyle.

Dr. Chew is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York. He is an active member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors and the American Chiropractic Association.
